Not necessarily.  Several polts of land have already been developed as a
shopping centre, a hotel conference centre and a bevy of car sales yards.
The airport is managed by LinFox.

It's just a commercial lease required - with suitable security of tenure.

Malcolm Turnbull has alraedy announced the imminent development of this
land to 'solve the housing affordability crisis'.

So it must all be OK.  OK???
