Re the punctuality for YT and Metro, isn't it about time they did the same for the bus operators? They just run there operations without any fines at all, I seriously doubt they would come anywhere near 80% puntuality.

If it good enough for two areas of public transport, it should be the same for all! A hang over from the moron days of Kennett.
