Interesting to note no or very few hard hats. No bollards seemingly as
well although they were probably there somewhere. Down in Mexico
VicRoads would have had an exclusion zone of about 10kms around the site
and the next 10kms would have been 40kmph speed limit. Tongue in cheek
but not as far as you might think.
