At 8am the crew was still setting up.
Somebody who knows W2 trucks better than me can say if anything has been gutted from them apart from the MV101AX motors. Certainly a steel beam slipped through the centre would make lifting the tram quite easy, and if those track sections were welded on (they may be) that would also facilitate loading and unloading.
