Yes we will need another 115 to replace the Z3 class alone and then there
are the 70 A classes. But my gut feeling is that the penny pinching
buggers ( I was going to say bastards but that is probably not allowed
here) will merely replace numbers of seats with numbers of seats.

But I could be wrong and I certainly hope I am.
