'Nearly at parity' = don't cause too much humour please, there's wishful thinking of the Nth degree! Quote figures if you can, i think wind power generation is some 200% dearer than coal fired generating stations, so i you think I am gong top 'enjoy' nice cuddly green wind powered electricity being used in my house at $750 per quarter instead of $250, - have another think! By all means shut down all the nasty smoke making old fashioned power stations, - what a splendid idea, - /but only if and when you can come up with a true parity of cost. Untilthen i'll willingly put up with smoke on the horizon./
