Re: My Transgressions (OT)

I been overwhelmed by the positive response and support I’ve received from you and everyone at TDU, Graham, and it makes a hell of a difference to me, more than I can describe.

And good luck to you and your survival - despite that heart condition, you were obviously built to last !

Tony

They allowed (forced, bullied, dragooned) me to do all the bullshit stuff, -basic training, (I'd been in the cadets at Grammar school prior) Threw me out of WOSB for criticising an officer (very much not allowed under any circumstances) and when all my fellow squaddies went off to fight the Chinese in Korea, I got sent home no longer required as i had a heart condition. Whilst a few if them were killed, and a class mate lost over the Med during the Suez 'crisis', I've still got the same heart problem, and after two fairly recent 'minor infarctions' (no, i don't know either but shit it don't half hurt!) I'm still kicking on and creating trouble nearly seventy years later!
