Probably not, as running coupled isn't a normal requirement.
The Paris T2 line I mentioned earlier regularly run's Citadis 302 in
coupled sets. Their long pointy noises automatically fold out of the way
to reveal a fully functioning sharfenburg coupler. (There are actually
two builds on the line, one sort doesn't fully cover the coupler when
'stowed'). When 'stowed' the trams have long pointy noses.
I would imagine most other Citadis require unbolting the front 'bumper',
putting a draw bar in and connecting jumper cables.
I think the Porto Eurotrams are also equipped with 'nose actuators' that
move the panels out of the way to allow automatic coupling too, but i've
never been there.
