I have seen some mention of this book on several groups and having picked up a copy its certainly a fantastic book and well worth buying.
I supplied a few images towards it. Included here are a few images the authors did not use. Those in the nook have been restore and enhanced and look much better than this.
While the picture quality varies somewhat the poorer images are well worth it because of their rarity value, while the best are simply stunning.
