Russell compiled these photos & he let me copy some,using a Canon Digital Camera.
He has some gems.

I am guessing, in Russell's house.
Russell is younger than I am but it seems that he has been an active collector. Certainly he was not the photographer of the photos which Jeff has been copying (but without a scanner) and which I scan and post on Jeff's behalf.
