I don't think he was there, Frenchy, as we knew him, for a really long time, perhaps less than twenty years. He took a 'package' in about 1983 I think. He drove cabs for a while after that, but I think it is some time since he has worked. He is still to be seen as a passenger on the trams around Armadale.
