Now if we going to do this fantasy properly!
The ideal answer would be a ring line running along the centre of Bell St
running  from the Brunswick depot right across all the Preston lines at right
angles (With  mass connecting points, grand unions) to Doncaster maybe Box Hill
thus all the lines could intermix in circular movements.
But as i said this is pure Fantasy.  The tramways can't manage what they got,
let alone take on another inch of trackwork.
What we need to get the running of the system going again, is more rollingstock,
better maintained existing rollingstock, and more staff!
(A basic education of the blow-ins from other countries how to use trams
correctly wouldn't hurt.)
