This seems a ridiculous conceptto me. I can't see how it could compete against conventional light rail.

The system relies on batteries which don't work that well in light rail vehicles at places like Nice, France. I can see the batteries expiring during traffic jams in Paramatta Road. For it to work at all there probably isn't any airconditioning either. I can't see passengers wanting to change cars to the correct one for their destination when in motion either. If you don't move to the right car then you will either be under carried or overcarried..

Is this a reincarnation of the Riverina Express or the Victorian Railways Tramways style of operation?
