hi all,was just down in melbourne during this past week and i did a fair
bit of tram travel.i had a friend of mine with me from up north and we
both enjoyed our 2 days.that myki card thing is not one of my favorites.it
is being tested but,i don't think it will be loved by the melb people.i
asked one of the guys who were testing it and he said that the metcard is
wearing out and could not be fixed as it cost 2 much to do.well,i then
said it will be a total disaster with this myki.they seem to have money to
spend on new ticket things,but not fixing up the current travel cards.oh
well,we will see how it goes in the 1st 12-18 months before i pass any
