The tram at 4min 30sec and again at 8min 45sec  is 2034, one of the three prototype B2 refurbished trams - your video shows the new LED lights well.
The first of the 'production' B2s to come out of the Downer project at East Preston will be 2088.

The apparently 'flashing' destination in several shots is a result of the video strobing with the destination display - not what the passengers see.

Your next video may feature the S-curves now installed betwen Toorak Rd and Park St Sth Melbourne - still image attached.
