How can a bus be light rail? I think the author of the article needs to be acquainted of some of the failures the world has experienced when deviating from tried and true technology. The Chinese straddle bus for example.

I'd rather travel on rail anyday than with a rubber tyred vehicle, even if it is made up to vaguely look like a tram.
