The routes with worst late-running are the cross-regional services where
there's a long distance across a slice of suburbia with a lot of traffic
and complexity, which is what you'd expect.
Buses typically don't have traffic priority. The NSW government has taken
the technology developed for prioritising buses and is now giving it to
trucks.
