That's run on weekday data. On weekends, when the 'privates' no longer
have to meet any SLAs....

My local buses only run on time twice during the day on weekends. First
run in the morning and when the shift changes over around midday (when a
new bus comes in and the previous one returns to the depot).
They have very little recovery time at the termini, so each trip they
lose 10 minutes and leave the terminus later and later each round trip.

Till it resets on shift changeover.

The only saving grace is now with real time tracking I only leave for
the bus stop in time to get the approaching bus, instead of leaving and
waiting for a late bus to turn up.

I've got on on a bus at Hurstville (on time, it was the new shift) when
some one gets on and starts abusing the driver for being 30 minutes
late. 'I'm on time, I don't know about the other bus'.
