They are all Alstom Citadis.

The Adelaide Citadis are ex Madrid. Back when the money was freely
flowing Madrid bought up big on Citadis. Subsequently the money for
building new routes evaporated, but the city was left with a fleet
intended for a much larger network.
Madrid have been selling their excess to Adelaide.

The 'Bumblebees' were supposed to go back, but Mulhouse opened a 'tram
train' route and the tram-train cars took up the slack and they never
needed their Citadis cars back.

Sydney's new Citadis are being built in Barcelona, so are a French
design from a French company but built in Spain.
