.....and if we could see the rear of the train we would possibly see a page
or two of The Sun (Daily at Dawn) doing duty as a taildisc. Quite a
common move in thos days down there, a van would be in the rear going
across the viaduct to Spencer Street but it was generally not on the rear
to and from Port Melbourne. This train is heading for Spencer Street Goods
Yard as the connection to Montague Goods Yard is over on the right hidden
by the grass.
