I wonder if we will get to the state I've seen in a number of other
cities that run 'semi-permanently' coupled sets - where parts get
'nicked' from the redundant cabs, like the drivers seat, the master
controller and other instruments... :-)

The best I've seen where the 2nd unit runs with it's pantograph down
(Tatra/CDK KT4s), is the 2nd unit having obviously missing bits from
it's pantograph.

The extra cabs are a wonderful source of cheap spare parts for the
leading cab obviously.
