Alstom appear to have shied away from long Citadis till now, delivering
to several systems bi-directional singled ended cars that ONLY run in a
coupled back-to-back pair.

Given how Citadis appear to break in half when abused by derailment, I
figured they may have a specific engineering reason for avoiding going
over 7 sections.
