Quite likely - they were digging out the crossover today and I didn't see a new crossover set around anywhere.  Pic attached.

I don't know, but think that might just be a sympton of a bit of 'small retail malaise' in the area. The 'vibrant' part of Sydney Rd is a bit further south.

Yarra are facing a severe shortage of depot space.  Brunswick is one of the few depots to have a bit of spare land.

One possibility could be to build a new depot addition south of the existing depot - and put staff car-parking on the roof of that depot.
