Trams down
  Rubberman92

A 1932 cartoon in the Bulletin. The destination board on the tram shows Moonta. That was one of several small horse tram systems in SA.
The artist, Oswald Pryor, was well known for his characterisation of life amongst the Cornish miners of Kadina, Wallaroo and Moonta.  Another cartoon I have...somewhere...has a Cornish tradesman admonishing his apprentice with: "Dang it boay! I told ee orl oi know, and now ee doan't know nothin'!"
