I realise that I may be betraying this group but in some ways I wish the Northwest metro connected with the CSELR line rather than changing the Bankstown line, although I will be glad to see trams running in the southeast suburbs.

Here is a detailed prospectus on the Sydenham-Bankstown section. Good to see that they will be preserving heritage station buildings and that there will be a concourse at Dulwich Hill linking directly to the light rail (see pp 46-49).
