ARE was at Hawthorn, so I didn't attend. Mac's is Franklin St (trendified and renamed?].
I found one hitherto unsampled in Lonsdale St near King St (no tram views either).
My vote for the right place is Waterside Hotel, Flinders St, with views of trams and of trains on Flinders St Viaduct. It has been bought by a notorious trendifier, but suits our style in its current form.
