Within the Hoddle Grid, there should be no turning vehicles other than at the intersections that are right angled turns for trams.
This will clear the intersections, make it easier for pedestrians to cross in safety. Certainly use cameras to book drivers who
enter an intersection without a clear path on the other side. All intersections should be treated as "Yellow Box" intersections.
