Re: Video of tram and car colliding shared to raise awareness during Rail Safety Week

Yes, it seems that we had a similar try on TRAMLINK in CROYDON yesterday, at the junction with Lloyd Park Avenue.

My wife was on a tram, slowly approaching from the sharp bend, when a car decided there was space to get through.

The Tram passengers were quite unimpressed, neither was the driver who had to remember his emergency braking procedure, then scrape the standees from the floor! Good to say all ended up well and the car backed off just a few inches in time
