Work progressing slowly on the easy-access/kerb-side stop at Inglisby
Rd. Whitehorse Rd down to one lane passing the stop. It seems to be
taking an extraordinary length of time to construct these two stops.

New flashing "No Right Turn" sign at Whitehorse and Union Rd
intersection prohibiting right turns from Whitehorse Rd east into
Union Rd north. Appears to be only at peak hours as it was active at
5:45pm last night but not this morning.

A traditional Aussie paling fence is being built around the new
substation located at the north end of the car park on the same corner
(see attached photo).
