Actually a lot of the problem with the Gold Coast track insulation centred around just how high or low the current leakage standard should be set.

Apparently the bar was set very high here and thus small amounts of leakage were considered a problem.

Despite once hearing that several kilometres of track would have to be attended to, there have been no line closures for trackwork for a couple of years now.

As for the misspelling of Toorak Road, Spellcheck thought it knew more than me and I never noticed its unwanted assistance.
