Yep - replacing clean electric vehicals that use electricity that for a
large part comes from clean geo-thermal and renewable wind with vehicals
that produce nasty pollution and use fully imported fuel.

Must be Wellington's famous wind echoing around inside the heads of
their councillors, there's nothing else in there.
