What are allowed speeds on the Broadmeadow Maitland section? The XPTs go flat out on this stretch, and riding improves wonderfully.
Between Casino and Grafton (and much of the rest of the route), they dawdle and the bogies grunt and groan - presumably something is
rubbing and often the springs hit the stops. But not so on the four track race course!
