Along with the imported Chinese cars with asbestos in the engine gaskets
and imported Chinese locomotives with asbestos insulation. It would seem
toxic substance bans are merely advisory.

I do wonder if in this case there is no asbestos in the new substations
for the extension, but there IS in the original SLR substation back at
Darling Harbour, which was built before the full blanket ban came into
force and it has asbestos cement panels in heat/fire risk areas.

On discovering one substation like this, they go off an stick the same
warning on ALL of them.

After all they now have a blanket ban on approaching all those
interlocked facing points at line speed for reasons no one has been
really been able to articulate.
