Toxic substation at Lewisham
  Tony Galloway

While taking our dogs on their daily walk yesterday I noticed that a couple of new signs had appeared on the Lewisham light rail substation, one on each gate. Given that use of asbestos anywhere has been totally banned since 2004, it’s disturbing that it is present in a building constructed about 10 years after that ban was put in place.

I’ll have to check if the Dulwich Hill SS has similar signs - I suspect it has.

In other pics, the dogs enjoy the lead free park beside the IWLR at Gadigal Reserve Summer Hill, and 2117 outbound and 2124 inbound pass peak hour traffic on the Parramatta Rd overpass this morning.
