Yes a fascinating document.
The Hershey order is listed on page 10: 15 sets of PC 101 gear with 32V MG set.
A couple of other things caught my eye:
On page 3, there is an order of one PC5 set by the Prahran & Malvern Tramways Trust.
I can only guess that they imported a set with a view to using PC5 in what became the L class.
What's missing is any mention of PC-M gear - Melbourne bought large quantities of this for the suburban electrics - both the Taits and the swing door conversions.
