Everything they do is fraudulent and corrupt when it comes to transport - like everything else on their carpetbagging agenda. This is about forcing more cars on to the Transurban M4 and Wasteconnex - nothing else. It fits right in with their corruption driven seatless metro doing the same thing for the M2 and M5.
