Yeah, they’d think that “special work” is something a cosmetic orthodontist does for air-headed corporate PR bimbos.

A nice set of straight teeth to match the nose job and fake tits - after all, appearance is everything when you’re touting fluffy flimflam and meaningless bullshit.
