You also have to factor in the 'modern day phenoma' of texting etc.
Loading times of buses, trams, trains, ferreys etc as well as
pedestrians moving in streets etc is being severly curtailed by the
ignoramuses with eyes fixed on their keyboards moving at a funeral
pace. So many times have I walked into the back of such retards
especially when one knows the doors are about to close.
