Today I did 2 round trips on the line. One trip in each direction took 33 mins 30 seconds while the other two were 35 mins and 15 secs. faster.

However it gave the opportunity to get the attached two photos.

The first shows the sign in question. The second shows its location and how inconspicuous it would be to motorists due to its height up the pole and its similarity to the tram speed sign on the next pole, which of course is irrelevant to motorists.

A better location would be on a short pole between the track and road lane.

I'm yet to work out why a right turn in accordance with an arrow is safe, but a U Turn at the same location is not.
