My observations are that this group has a strong interest in history, and as the train operations on the St Kilda and Port Melbourne lines were earlier history of these tram routes, I see any photos of trains on these lines as part of what is now tramway history, particularly if presented in Then and Now adjacent photos of the same location which some posting have included.

Thus I see them as very much ON-topic, and will be happy to see more.
