I have since found out that the trolley I painted is not accurate as at
1957 when GM forced them off the road. That trolley went to Toronto and
was modified with the top vents put in and that strange wart on its
nose. Then it went to San Francisco and was repainted in its original
colours, but not the phoenix wings around the front lights. It was also
renumbered.

So I was disappointed with that one for two reasons, it wasn't accurate
and also I used wet paper to do a dry watercolour, resulting in
shrinkage (yes, old painters suffer from that, too!)

I will be doing another, this time of 714, very soon.

My mate in KCMO was delighted with it, anyway!
